Integrated Door Hinge Mortiser
With two removable plastic inserts, this door hinge installation kit works for round or square corner hinges. It cuts professional mortises for doors from 3” to 5” length, supporting square, 1/4” radius, and 5/8” radius hinges. Template Size: 7.8” L × 3.5” W × 2” H.
Easy to Install and Use
The hinge router template is adjustable for hinge length, thickness, and corner type. It includes a built‑in depth gauge and a self‑centering hinge bit for perfect screw alignment. Note: For use on doors only, not jambs.
No Hammer or Chisel Needed
Use with a router or compact router (not included). Set depth with the built‑in gauge and cut the hinge shape from the template area. Thin hinges: 3”, 3‑1/2”, 4”; thick hinges: 4‑1/2”, 5”. Faster and cleaner than chiseling.
Sturdy and Reliable Structure
